What You’ll Learn

You'll learn where to copy your site address and download your QR code, and why both never change — so you can print once and forget. You'll also learn what the post-publish share sheet does, the highest-value places to put your link, and how to watch the results on your Analytics page.

A website only works for your business if people actually find it. The good news: your FastPage address is short, permanent and easy to pass around — and you get a ready-made QR code thrown in.

This guide covers where to find your link and QR code, what the share options do, and a list of practical places to put them.

Your site address

Your site lives at fastpa.ge/your-name — short enough to say out loud over the counter, print on a card, or type into a text message.

The quickest place to copy it is the Home screen of your dashboard: click the URL pill and it shows "Copied", ready to paste anywhere. It's also in Site Settings, next to a copy button.

Your address never changes, so anywhere you put it keeps working — there's no link to update later.

Your QR code

Every site comes with a QR code that points straight to it. You'll find it in two places: the QR card on your Home screen, and Site Settings under QR code. Click Download QR code to save it as an image — on your phone, it opens the share sheet instead, so you can send it straight to your printer, email or designer.

Like your address, the QR code never changes. That means you can print it once and use it everywhere:

  • Menus and price lists
  • Signage and posters
  • Business cards
  • Receipts
  • Your shop window
  • Your vehicle

Anyone who points their phone camera at it lands on your site — no typing, no app.

The share sheet after publishing

Right after you publish, FastPage shows a share sheet so you can spread the word while it's fresh. It has your site address with a copy button, a Share with friends button that opens your phone or computer's own share menu, and direct options for the big platforms:

  • Instagram — copies your link, ready to paste into your bio or a story.
  • Facebook, X and Email — open a share straight to each.

If you haven't published yet, start with Publish your site and go live — the share sheet is waiting on the other side.

Where to put your link

A few placements do most of the work. Set these up once and your site quietly brings in visitors from then on:

  • Instagram and Facebook bio — the classic "link in bio". One link, always current.
  • Google Business Profile — add your site in the website field so people searching for you land somewhere you control. Your search appearance itself is covered in SEO settings.
  • Email signature — every email you send becomes a small ad for your business.
  • Replies to enquiries — instead of typing out your hours or prices again, send the link.
  • QR on the counter — customers standing in front of you are the easiest ones to reach.

None of these take more than a few minutes, and together they cover the main ways customers look for a business: search, social and word of mouth.

Watching the results

Once your link and QR code are out in the world, you can see what they're doing. The Analytics page in your dashboard shows your views, your visitors, and which links people tap on your site.

It's a simple way to learn what's working — if the QR code on your counter is driving visits, print more of them. If your Instagram bio link is quiet, maybe it's time for a post pointing to it.

If you're still building and haven't gone live yet, see what a subscription costs whenever you're ready — sharing starts the moment you publish.
