Terms of Service

TODO: By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use FastPage.

TODO: Age threshold, jurisdictions excluded, account-per-business expectation.

TODO: You are responsible for your credentials. One person per account. Notify us of unauthorised access.

TODO: Monthly / annual options. Auto-renewal. Cancellation policy (site stays live to end of paid period, then inactive; permanently deleted 30 days after that). Pricing changes notification period. Taxes (USD vs AUD; GST). Stripe is the merchant of record. Building/previewing sites is free; a subscription is required to publish.

TODO: Formalise — 30-day money-back guarantee on a site’s first subscription. Conditions: the guarantee applies when you’ve given the site a genuine go — shared it on your social media profiles and set it as the website on your Google Business Profile. To claim, contact us (reply to your receipt email or team@fastpa.ge) within 30 days of subscribing; refunds are issued in full to the original payment method. One guarantee claim per customer. Refunds are handled manually, not automated.

TODO: No illegal content, no impersonation, no malware/phishing, no scraping, no rate-limit evasion, no spam from contact forms. We can suspend sites that violate this.

TODO: You own what you create (text, images, your business data). You grant us a licence to host, display, and reasonably process it to deliver the service. Google Business Profile photos you import are rehosted under their original attribution.

TODO: The software, design, code, and brand are ours. Open-source components retain their original licences.

TODO: Visitor analytics on sites you build belong to your business. We collect them as a processor on your behalf. Export options.

TODO: How we can suspend or terminate (breach, non-payment, abuse). How you can close your account. Data retention after termination (reference dormant period in STRIPE.md).

TODO: Service provided "as is". No warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. SEO outcomes are not guaranteed.

TODO: Cap liability at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Exclude consequential damages. Respect non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law / applicable jurisdiction.

TODO: You indemnify us for claims arising from content you publish or your breach of these terms.

TODO: We post material changes and email active users at least N days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
