Neutral is a small café and kitchen on Gertrude Street. There's one long table, a few small ones and a coffee machine that rarely gets a break.
We bake our own sourdough, keep a stock going from first thing and cook what came in that week. The menu is short because a short menu is easier to get right.
Have a coffee at the bar or stay for lunch. Either way, nobody's rushing you.
